sex offender rehabilitation in iowa
my friend has to register as an offender in iowa. how can he go about getting a certificate of rehabilitation? his risk is moderate low, he has gone to school to become a truck driver, and is trying to live his life as best as he can. who can he go to for information?

I think question is what was he convicted of, where was he convicted, and how long has elapsed. You haven't told me any of that.
