Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
My son was arrested for OWI first offence on 9/15/2011. Ple Guilty on 12/16/2011. sentenced on 7/2/2012. revoked on 6/11/2015 . Does this fall under the Anderson Law . Iowa code 2011 section 901B.1 abd 907.3(3) read together?
