Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Speculation
My attorney agreed to speculate to some issues during my trial, without first asking me about my feelings on these issues. I feel that because of his speculation it significantly hurt my case and allowed for my attorney to not have to prepare or do any investigating on behalf of my defence since there was evidence to prove otherwise. What can I do about this, is this a ground for ineffective assistance of counsel?
