If you are asking about the "statutory rape" law, it means at least 4 years older. For example, if a minor is the age of 15 and performs a sex act with a person who is 4 years older, it is a crime. You would have to know each person's date of birth. If the other person is 3 1/2 years older, it is not a crime. If the other individual is younger than 14 or 15, then there are an entire different set of concerns in the law and age may not matter. If you have concerns about this law, you should consult with an attorney that specializes in criminal law, specifically dealing with sex crimes.
