Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Other state problems
My husband is in jail. He had a warrant from another state. So they said he has to wait 10 business days for the other state to come and get him. But after 10 business days and they still havent came, then what can he do.

He can ask for a bond hearing but he may not get it.
