Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Theft question
My roommate owes me money and he mentioned that I could take his guitars as they are worth what he owes me. Later he kicks me out of our apartment do to some issues so when I left, I took his guitars also. Would that be considered theft in this case? He now says I took them w/out his permission. Can he file a charge against me?
