Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Theft 5th Degree. I have three charges since March 2009. I am on probation from the first charge. The second 5th degree theft charge i spent two days in jail. I have now occured another 5th degree theft charge in less than a month from the last one. What am i facing and also what am i facing for probation revocation.

These charges can be aggregated for an aggravated misdemeanor, which carries a two year prison sentence on the new charge. On the probation revocation, they can impose whatever sentence was suspended.
