Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
first time ever charge
what if you have NEVER had any charges and have NEVER commited a crime of any kind and are an adult and are now bening charged for a misdemanor for neglect of a resident and has been issused a citation for a court date first time every in court no lawyer dont know what to do. HELP!!!!

If you are indigent I suggest you fill out an application for a court appointed attorney.
