Without knowing more about the person's past record and more facts about the case it'd be hard to say. Theft second is a class D felony punishable by up to five years imprisonment and possession of burglary tools is an aggravated misdemeanor punishable by up to two years in prison. So there's potentially 12 years if sentenences were to run consecutively.
