Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Help!!!
After I turned 18 I received TWO ''Minor in Possessions''.
Just recently I got caught at a bar where I received a ''Possession of Fake ID'' and ''Trespassing Premises Underage''.
Will any of these ever go off my record? What Will happen now that I just got these to offenses. Aso, what should I do??

Depending upon the age of the prior offenses, you may be able to get those expunged. The new charges cannot be expunged if convicted. You should consult with an attorney practicing in criminal law.
