Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Type your question here...I live in IOWA. I was charged with poswsession of marijanna and parfalina. When i saw the charges files with the county, they are charging me with QWI as well. Problem is i was not driving. I was a passenger with someone who got an qwi. Is there a chnace this will get my case dismissed?
