unpaid fines

I took a plea for public intox and a traffic violation and was given til July 27 to pay the fines and costs but I can not pay them off by the given time. what will happen. I am unemploied but have a second interview in a few days. If i get the job i plan to ask for more time using a letter from the emploier that i was just hired ect. but if i dont get the extention will there be a warrant and more charges filed

Pay as much as you possibly can and show up when and where they ask, wearing a shirt and tie, and explain your situation to the county attorney. That will lengthen your chances of staying out of jail. If you pay nothing, and worse do not show up when you are supposed to, you may well have a bench warrant issued.
