what is the veriation from escape and valutary absent due to the face the resiudent was stiull on firlo and came in to sign in to faciltay and add to firlo sheet. they asked for breath aliger and it came ba'ck postivive.
and although offender was still signed out on firlo and sighed by staff, and he left and never returned?
is this condisered escape or involsantary absent?
