I assume that you're wanting to know the identity of the offender, and I do not think you could unless and until the person is identified and subsequently charged. In and of itself DNA evidence is not, by itself, an automatic guilty verdict, and the information you seek has the potential for some payback justice. I would speak to your county's victim witness coordinator or the county attorney's office about this matter.
