i was walking on the side of the road and the cops stopped me asked my name and searched me without consent i had no weapons or doing anything suspicious found a gram of pot is there any probable cause to search me before they found the bag

You may have a valid argument that you were subjected to an unconstitutional search and seizure. I'm going to guess that the officer will say that he had a reason to do what he did.
