Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
If I have a warrent in Wisconsin for check fraud and I live in Iowa. Will i be extradited to Wisconsin?

Maybe, maybe not. I can tell you that if they have to catch up with you and extradite you there won't be any deals-and you7're looking at a federal offense of interstate flight to avoid prosecution. Best bet go back to Wisconsin and turn yourself in before it gets any worse than it already is.
