Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
How likely is it that someone will receive a deferred prosecution vs. deferred judgement for a first-time 5th degree theft misdemeanor? I heard DPs are difficult to get.
Also, what is the average hours of community service given to defendants who receive a DP / DJ ?
