Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Wrong birthdate on driver's license
When driver's license was issued in 1988, the year on the birthdate was incorrect by 2 years. Since I was a teen at that time, I didn't say anything as it made me two years older. Is there any way to remedy this at this time without going to jail or fine.

Re: Wrong birthdate on driver's license
It's a matter for the department of transportation to figure out, unless your application was fraudulent you probably won't have to deal with too much flak. You can always tell them you never looked at it closely before.
