wrongfully accused of violation of no contact order

can i be charged with violation of no contact order if my wife says i told a third party to drop the no contact order and there is no evidence. She was calling third parties and talking about me and the children and that third party which is my family called me and told me to see the kids and i said i cant see them unless she drops the order can i get in trouble she keeps asking me at first to come home and i told her no i have a girlfriend so she has tried 3 times to get me arrested cuz she didnt have it her way and she wont let me see the kids with third party exchange like the order says she wants me to do it through her i mind my own business and work and live with my girlfriend and she keeps bothering me and third parties and uses our children to try and get me to come home

If you violate the order you can be charged, even if she is the one who initiates the contact.
