Wrongly Convicted
Can a convicted felon possess a gun grip ONLY and be convicted of ''Felon in Possession of a Firearm''
Can a person be found''Guilty'' of Burglary in the 2nd when no idems were located in our home after search warrant,NO fingerprints ect ect Just on the word of another convicted felon?

To the second question the answer is yes, because it does not depend on possession of the goods or fingerprints.
As to the forst question I'm taking no position because I feel that there is more to this story.
