Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
A year and a half ago I was called in on 4 charges - 2 possession of marijuana and 2 distribution of marijuana within 1000 ft of a school... As of yet I have not been charged with anything (this would be my first offense, as I have a clean record.) What will my sentence be if I were charged with all 4? Is there any chance for a more lenient sentence since this is my first offense?
