Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Iowa

Is the discrimination by the "PEO Sisterhood" against males in membership and scholarships legal since the Supreme court case of Roberts v Jaycees? They seem the same only the Jaycees discriminated against women and the PEO Sisterhood discriminates against males.
