Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Iowa

employment law (harrasment)

I was assaulted by a co worker. We don't know if he is going to be terminated. What rights do I have?

You have the right not to be assaulted. Sometimes that means you can sue people. On the other hand I am not real clear on what your legal question is.
