I was convicted for OWI in Iowa in 2008. I am intersted in Outside Sales positions, but I am usually automatically disqualified due to my OWI. What are the chances my OWI can be expunged/pardoned if I hire an attorney?

Unfortunately there is no provision in Iowa law for expungement of criminal offenses. Insofar as getting a pardon is concerned the best bet is for you to contact the governor's office.
