driver's license
I lost my license 9 years ago for drunk driving, per Minnesota regulations I had to provide proof of treatment and 3 years of sobriety, i tried to get it back after only 2 years and 1 year was added to that. i have over 3 years of sobriety and am trying to at least get a work permit. I live in Iowa now and i qualify for an Iowa permit, but cannot get one since I have never had an Iowa license. i qualify for a work permit in minnesota, but cannot get one because they do not have the devices necessary to install in my vehicle. I was told with a lawyer's help I could get my iowa work permit. What can i do?

Re: driver's license
That would be by hiring an attorney who is familiar with the DOT's rules and practice.
