drug tests when charged with dui
is it my right to refuse drug testing for anything other than alcohol from outpatient center (court-ordered because of evaluation done at center) because i was originally and only charged with a d.u.i?

When you get tested they test for everything. You don't get to tell the people at Global what you want your sample tested for.
