what are the laws for being arrested for drunk driving while sleeping in your vehicle

The general rule is that if the vehicle is capable of being driven-keys in the ignition it's presumed that you've been driving it, likewise if the vehicle is stopped in a place where it could not get to without being driven and the driver's inside than it's likely to merit a conviction. These are all things you get to present at trial, because none of this will make a case go away.
