DUI Traffic Stop
I was pulled over for a DUI and they brethilised me which returned with a negative result, then they detained me.
My question is this:
Do they have to read me my rights in order to make me take all the tests at the police station?
My parents were not present, and I am a juvenile.
Also If what they did was illegal, can any evidence they may have found be used in a court of law?

Re: DUI Traffic Stop
I'd suggest that you obtain the services of a competent attorney to explore these issues in detail. They're much too complex to discuss in a short note.
