Legal Question in DUI Law in Iowa

Husband cannot get liscene back

My husband lost his liscene about 17 years ago in AZ. Due to a DUI. We have lived in Iowa for over15 years and have tired everything to get it back, we have paid all the fines and filled out thier ''revocation packet'' countless times, had several evalutions from counselers and doctors but the AZ DOT tells us it is wrong everytime. My husband needs it back to keep his job. We need help please I am at my wits end. I would appreciate any help you could give us. Thank you.

Re: Husband cannot get liscene back

I'm not entirely sure what Arizona has to do with it if you've been a resident of Iowa for fifteen years, but assuming that you need to clear the decks and get reinstated in Arizona to get a license in Iowa, you're simply going to have to deal with their regulatory agencies and comply with what they ask.

And that means you're going to have to pay someone there-an attorney-to handle it for you. I guess what you do depends on what your husband thinks his job is worth.
