I was involved in an accident where alcohol was involved and a passenger died. They withdrew my blood after serving me with a search warrant. That warrant had no date on it. Only the month and year. Date was filled in with a question mark. Is the document legal and can I get it suppressed? The second warrant however DID have the correct info on it. (its the one that had an itemized list of things to be seized). Doesnt ALL search documents have to be dated correctly for the search to be legal?

I doubt whether you can get it suppressed because of a mere scrivener's error, but you're welcome to try.
