I currently live in iowa and have had 4 driving while barreds's, 3 dissmisssed due to the fact I do have an actual license only problem is for some reason it is showing up barred and I have contacted the dot and am in the process of getting it resolved but now I just received another with my 1st owi. My question is does prison time look like a possible out come because of these charges?
From my understanding because I had the 1st 3 driving while barred's even though they have been dismissed they can still use those against me and now the states wanting to send me to prison for them.

Without knowing more about the facts in your various cases it's difficult to say whether you'd get prison time if convicted.
