Parole officer is making me move

My roommate is on parole for an owi. Can the parole officer make him move to a different residencey and can the parole officer make me the roommate quit my job? The parole officer says that they have heard that the person on parole has been in bars. This is just hear say and no proof of that even happening.

It depends on what the terms and conditions of his parole are. However, a violation could return your roommate to prison so if you want to fight it bear in mind that's what will likely happen.
