I received a owi 2nd in 2002; i was told i would have to install an ignition interlock device in order to get my license back; however i was incarcerated on a different offense since then and wondered if there is an expiration to the ignition interlock requirements or no matter how long my last owi was that i would still be required to install one?

That's between you and the DOT, and I'll bet they say install it.
