Hello, I am currently a resident of Council Bluff, IA. since 1997.
On 11/03/2003 while holding a valid Iowa commercial drivers license, I was driving
my car in the state of IL. when I was arrested for O.W.I.
The conviction date is 02/25/2005
I completed all Court Orders and fines, and was released on that date.
My question is: Can I have the O.W.I. expunged from my driving record since the violation accured in IL. Thank you,
Larry l Phillips

You're going to need an Illinois attorney to answer that. In the meantime here's some reading material.
