Legal Question in DUI Law in Iowa

underage sitting at a bar

July 2004 A underage citizen was sitting at the bar.(hes 20) it was 11:30 at night, he was asking about a pizza he wasnt there but 15 minutes when the local police man walked in the door. Took him outside to be ticketed. the officer then walked in and told me I was serving a minor, I told him Inever served him but he wrote me a ticket any way. Im not guilty, and the minor was never given a breathalizer. He admitted to drinking a couple beers before he came to the bar and just wanted some food. And yes I would have cooked for him because we are a resturaunt too. I pled not guilty is there a possiblity I can get out of this?

Re: underage sitting at a bar

Yes...but what you do not need to do is sit around any longer...deadlines are flying past.

You need representation NOW and a complete review of your file. You did not say what county you're in. I'm in Polk. Email me and let's chat.
