Legal Question in Education Law in Iowa
What are my legal rights when a school refused my requests to keep my son away from another student due to harassment and bullying. Due to the noncomplience on the schools behalf, my son was left unsupervised, in the locker room, with this student and was assaulted for the second time this year.

You have the right to sue them, and I would think that you should discuss this matter with an attorney to see what your rights are and what the chances of success are.
