Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Iowa
I am interested in online gambling. Is it illegal to gamble "online" even if the casino is not located in the United States, and yet the casino accepts your business. I am only interested in casino games, not sporting events. If legal, do US taxes apply?

It is illegal. Drug dealers and prostitutes "accept your business" as well, and as far I can tell, that does not make it legal to do "business" with them.
