Legal Question in Environmental Law in Iowa
I live just outside city limits of a small town in western Iowa. The place 1,000 feet up the road from me, which is in city limits, just sold. The guy who bought it is stock piling agricultural lime there which blows all over my vehicles and house when the wind blows. Is there anything I can do about this because I am tired of my vehicles and house being covered in white dust.

You can hire an attorney or maybe see for yourself if there's a municipal ordinance that would require the guy to cover his pile of lime or take measures to abate the nuisance.
