Legal Question in Environmental Law in Iowa
If I live in the city limits of a town in Iowa and am a home owner is the city obligated to provide services ie water and sewer if the rest of the city is receiving these services?

Your question's kind of indefinite. Are the utility services on the street in front of your house? Because that's all they're obliged to do. The hookup is on your dime.
