Legal Question in Environmental Law in Iowa
Was terminated for sending/receiving inappropriate instant messages at the workplace. No verbal or written warnings prior to being fired. Can I fight and win unemployment benefits?

How is this connected with environmental law? Nevermind.
Iowa is a right to work state, which means that unless you have a contract of employment you can be terminated for any reason, good reason or no reason at all. You can fight, but the odds are pretty long.
