Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

can you please help me!

i have 2 children and my youngest's father came and took them for a visit on wednesday. while i was at work he called dhs and said that i was manufacturing and using meth in the home. they allowed him to keep both children even though he is only the biologic of the youngest. nothing was found in the home. i also asked for legal assistance to the dhs worker and was denied. i am presently waiting for call backs from multiple attorneys. i just wanted to know what my rights are and what legal advice you could give me.

You haven't really given me enough information. Has DHS removed the children from the home?
