Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

i have a 6 month old son. and his father has not seen since him we left the hospital. he has not payed for anything for him or asked about him. i finally got a paternity test done proving him as the father, but he has lied on the child support application saying he makes no money though he gets disability. and he has a $40,000 bank account in his moms name. how can i get him to pay for his son? he has 3 other kids he does not pay for and another child on the way

Good question, since as you say he is a liar and a cheater who does not support any of his other kids. Have you worked with the child support recovery unit?
