Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

I am 12 years old turning 13 this year and I want my mom to have full custody of me. My mom wants to have full custody of me too. Can I possibly live with my mom full time? If so can you tell me how?

This is something that has to be worked out by your parents, either in court or by agreement that is accepted by the court. Your custody is governed by the court's custody and support order.
