I have posted the 2 messages that were recently asked regarding the upcoming divorce filings of a dad of 3 kids. The wife has repeatedly said she will make sure he never see's the kids if he leaves her because she doesn't want to work. She has not given him information on the youngests ones activities so he misses performances. He just wants to make sure he can leave her but still have ''dad's rights'' as far as the kids go and still have money to live on. Can she be forced to get a job since she is able to work, just to lazy to do it?
