Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa
What ammount of income is calculated, in child support?
My ex makes a gross income of $162,000, with a trucking business, and farming 300 acres. I have had his records suponed, and have his last 7 years of taxes. All 7 years he shows low income after his deductions. And csru just lowered his support payments from $300 to $110 per mo. For support. I know he is falsifing his federal taxes, and info to csru. He has bought 2 new vehicles this year, farming equiptment, ect. And blatently shows up in new clothes, ect, and taunts me about how the government will take care of him, thru farm deductions. laughs at me and my daughter, never shows up for his visits, but pays his support on time(all $110) of it.lol. And says all he has to do is pay on time, and i am a brown creek without a leg to stand on. Why should he be allowed to make so much, live so well, and take so many deductions, to make the preception that he is poor. to Pay less support to his 9 year old daughter. Its not right.
