Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

Second try : I first asked about a "magnet" hospital KNOWINGLY placing a false last name on the birth certificate AND ALL OTHER documents for a new birth . The woman IS married to one man BUT asked to have another man's name being put on ALL the birth documents. I received one answer saying that she could put ANY name she wanted on the birth certificate. Although this seems STRAINGE to me I will accept that this is true. HOWEVER, the PATERNITY PAPERS ALSO had the other man's name put on rather than the man 's name who IS MARRIED to the woman. This to me IS WRONG . To me the name of the man the woman IS MARRIED TO should have been on these PATERNITY papers. Can someone tell me if this was legal for the hospital to do and if not what can one do to correct this ? ! ?? ( A side note : there is a question as to whether the new born is the biological child of the HUSBAND or the "boyfriend". An earlier child was born to this woman and the woman insisted it was the "boyfriend's" child but was later found to be the husband's biological child. The last name on ALL the papers was the HUSBAND'S last name for this earlier birth. DNA has NOT been done on this new birth and the woman will fight to see that no DNA is ever done. With this in mind , it seems to me an EVEN MORE rational and legal reason to have the HUSBAND'S name placed on the PATERNITY PAPERS. ) Is this legal for the hospital to put ANY name the mother wishes on PATERNITY papers? IF not, I again ask what can be done to correct this?

Second answer. The hospital puts whatever name the mother wants on the birth certificate. If you have an issue with that, hire an attorney and be prepared to pay up front.
