Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa
After my aunt passed away my mother was to get an album of family pictures. The yungest niece asked if could borrow them to make copies. After having them for a year she staes she is keeping pictures and will make copies which wasn't supposed to be. How can we get them back for my mom. These are the only pictures she would have of her parents and brother and sisters.
We live in Iowa and she is in Utah.

Unless you're willing to hire an attorney and write her a nastygram, not much can be done. I don't see anything that shows that your mother had any property rights in the album.
