Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

My ex has barely paid any child support since we separated. He's currently very far behind. Recently he was in jail for failure to pay child support. His stipulation was to find a job in ten days. He used moving across state as an "excuse" of why he couldn't get a job. He has owned his own business since late 2010, closed his bank account in 2011, and works for cash (under the table). I have pictures of evidence of him still making money through said business. He is a pathological liar and has lied to the courts to avoid jail. Is there anything that can be done?

Have you enlisted the help of the CSRU? If you haven't I would try that.
