Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

My ex boyfriend and I have shared care of our son in Iowa currently. Our son was injured at school during my visitation time. As a result he is suppose to start physical therapy next week while at his Dads, his Dad refuses to take him because he does not like our sons dr, a specialist read the results of the MRI and sent the results to my sons Dr. But he says that he does not believe me and he does not like the dr and so he will not take him to physical therapy which is medically necessary- what can I do

Who has custody? What does your custody and support agreement say? I would recommend that you contact the lawyer who handled your dissolution and get him or her on the case if the custody and support order warrants it.
