car title
have a car with both names in mine is first exgirl friend is 2nd and i bought the car and have bill of sale now she lefted ans took the car and went out of state. who has more conroll of car? and can she take it out of state where she moved

If she's listed on the title as a co owner she can hardly be accused of stealing it, can she? You don't have any rights in that respect.
On the other hand you do not have to keep making the payments or the insurance either. Of course if you do not, and she has an accident, it's all going to come back on you.
If you can't get the car back I suggest you get out from under the ownership part of any way you can.
